Every service starts with a signed Statement of Work or Engagement Letter. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, and work begins once the agreement is signed and any advance payment is received.

Yes. Client data and findings remain strictly confidential, and our confidentiality obligation survives termination of the agreement for five years. Deliverables become your property on full payment.
